Instead of major decisions needing to be put into the law by the state parliament, the PMI Library will now be managed as an Incorporated Association with the same freedom and responsibilities as most other similar Associations.

Staff agreements and contracts will be kept the same and just transferred to the new Association, although they may be changed later in line with Incorporated Association rules.
